3. WILL ALBRECHT AND SON TELL ME UP FRONT HOW MUCH THE REMODELING PROJECT WILL COST?

Once you have determined the type of remodeling project you wish to undertake and have visited our showroom to select materials, an Albrecht and Son Project Estimator will develop a cost estimate for your project. Whether it's at the estimating stage or during project execution, staff/client communication and integrity will insure you always know and understand the costs of your project.

4. DO I TELL ALBRECHT AND SON WHAT I WANT, OR WILL THEY HELP ME FORMULATE MY IDEAS?

An Albrecht and Son's Project Estimator and in-house designer will sit down with you before your project begins to gather your ideas, and they will share tips and other ideas to help you develop your remodeling plan.

5. DOES ALBRECHT AND SON GUARANTEE THEIR WORK?

6. DO I GET TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN CHARGE, OR WILL I JUST DEAL WITH A SALESMEN OR WORKMEN?

Your Project Estimator will sit down with you once you have contracted and explain the next steps to be taken. To ensure that you understand the process, our project manager's will contact you to explain how we plan the trades schedule, order materials, perform job-site inspections and move forward towards a project date. Once we start, your project is assigned to a Field Supervisor who will visit the project and speak with you daily regarding scope of work and expectations. Once work has been concluded, your Field Supervisor will inspect the job-site with you to ensure your satisfaction. At every stage of the project, each department shares in the responsibility of assisting you and everyone will be available to you. Your project packet will have a contact list of employees, their services and direct phone number.
